| 摘 要： | 简介了6000m3/h空分设备的主要技术参数,在空分设备开车时的冷却、积液和调纯3个阶段以及冷开车时采取相应的优化操作,使空分设备正常开车时的启动时间缩短3小时,达到了节能降耗和及时为后续用气单位提供气体的目的。

| Abstract: | The main technical parameters of a 6000m3/h air separation unit are introduced briefly.The optimizing operations during cooling,effusion,purity regulating and cold start-up stages of the air separation unit are presented.With these operation,the start-up time of normal operation is shortened by 3 hours, and then the energy saving and consumption reduction as well as timely gas supply for end users can be achieved. |
