| 摘 要： | 通过对河南省1990年~2004年烤烟生产的规模比较优势、效率比较优势以及综合比较优势进行了计算和分析,认为自然资源禀赋、社会经济状况、种植制度和市场需求是影响河南省烤烟生产地区比较优势的主要原因,并就充分发挥地区比较优势提出了增加投入,创新烟叶生产组织形式,提高为烟农服务水平,适度提高种植规模等政策建议。

| Abstract: | Scale comparative advantage, efficency comparative advantage and comprehensive comparative advantage of flue-cured tobacco production in Henan province from 1990 to 2004 were studied. Results showed that natural gifts, society and economic condition, cultivation system and market requirement were the main factors which influenced comparative advantage of flue-cured tobacco production in Henan province. Increasing input, founding flue-cured tobacco production organization, improving service level for farmers and enlarging properly scale were brought forward as the favorable policy to improve producing horizonl of flue-cured tobacco in Henan province. |
