水解-均相沉淀法制备纳米TiO2粉末及其紫外线吸收特性研究

摘    要:采用水解-均相沉淀法在常温下制得纯锐钛矿型的纳米TiO2粉末,对所制得的粉末进行了TEM、XRD、EDS、XPS和UV—VIS分析。结果表明:通过添加NH4C1和H2SO4可在室温下制得粒径为32nm的纯锐钛矿型纳米TiO2粉末,并且粉末粒径均匀,尺寸分布较窄;纳米TiO2粉末对波长200-360nm范围内的紫外线有较好的吸收作用,且吸收较均匀。

Abstract:A new method of hydrolysis-homogeneous precipitation for preparing nanosized powder of TiO2 was studied. The phase structure of the nanosized TiO2 powder obtained at a room temperature environment is a pure anatase phase. Various techniques, including TEM, XRD, EDS, XPS and UV-VIS, were employed to characterize the properties of the nanosized titania powder. The results indicate that through hydrolysis-homogeneous precipitation and adding NH4Cl and H2SO4, the nanosized TiO2 powder with a pure anatase phase can be obtained at room temperature environment. The average diameter of TiO2 powder is 32 nm, the crystalline grain size is uniform, and the size distribution of the powder is narrow. The nanosized TiO2 powder has excellent absorptivity to ultraviolet light in the range of wave length 200-360 nm and the absorption is uniform.
