空心玻璃微珠表面化学镀镍活化新工艺

摘    要:研究了在空心玻璃微珠表面化学镀镍磷合金的无钯活化新工艺.通过正交实验研究了镍盐水体系活化液的组成、活化的工艺条件,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线能量色散谱仪(EDS)对施镀前后的微珠形貌和成分进行了观察和测试.

Abstract:The composition of the nickel activation solution in water system without palladium and the process conditions of activation were studied through orthogonal tests.By this activation process,electroless nickel on cenospheres surface was carried out.The morphology of the cenospheres before and after coating was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),and its composition was determined by X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).
