摘    要:石油化工设备所用的铁素体-珠光体型耐热钢在长期高温条件下服役后,显微组织中的片状珠光体将转变成球状珠光体组织并影响其使用寿命。通过对某蒸馏减粘反应塔出入管线端节的化学成分和材质金相组织的分析,得出了珠光体的球化对材质性能的影响情况。对长期在高温条件下工作的钢材,定期进行金相、硬度及壁厚检验,对确保设备安全运行是十分必要的。

Abstract:In the long-term high-temperature service,the pearlite in the micro-structure of ferrite-pearlite heat-resistant steel in petrochemical equipment will globulize,which affects the service life of equipment.The impact of globalizafion of pearlite on material performance can be determined by the chemical and metallographic analysis of piping joints at inlet and outlet of distillation visbreaking tower.Inspections of metallography,hardness and wall thickness of the steel material in long-term high-temperature services are indispensable for the safe reliable operation of equipment.
