| 摘 要： | 提出一种基于Geotools开发的地理信息系统(GIS)平台的智能报装系统的解决方案,将电网空间、属性信息直观地呈现于地理信息分析平台上,便于工作人员客观、科学地确定供电方案,提高了工作效率,降低了电网运行和电能损耗造成的费用。文中介绍了该系统平台的设计原理、实现和系统的功能,GIS平台完全由开放源代码的Geotools工具包开发而成。

| Abstract: | In this paper,an intelligent business-expanding system on GIS platform developed by Geotools is advanced,which displays the network spatial and attribute information intuitionistically on geographic information analyzing platform,convenient to make power supply project for worker,improving efficiency,reducing expense of netwok running and power waste.This paper introduces the design principle,implementation and function of this system platform,which is developed absolutely by opensource code-Geotools. |
