| 摘 要： | 对UD22车型中的零件引导板进行工艺品分析。针对长圆孔距边的距离近，不能在同一套模具上同时落料冲孔这一问题，制定用级进模冲压成形的工艺方案，将三套模具合为一套，同时介绍该级进模的结构特点，阐述采用级进模进行冲压的合理性。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the plate e disk guide about UD22 and comes up with a method to staming forming through using progressive die based on the question that the oval rolling is close to a edge and can not punch and stamp in a die at the same time. A better measure is to integrate three sets of dies into a set of die. The article also introduces the structure of progressive die and discusses the rationality in using progressive die to punch. |
