摘    要:针对中国石油化工股份有限公司金陵分公司Ⅰ套催化裂化装置采用纤维膜工艺碱洗脱硫醇汽油腐蚀时常不合格现象,分析发现主要原因是硫化氢、元素硫、多硫化物含量高,采取了增加分馏塔注水、稳定系统循环水洗、汽油预碱洗以及优化操作等针对性措施,解决了汽油腐蚀问题.

Abstract:In the No.1 FCC unit in SINOPEC Jinling Company,fiber membrane process has been applied to sweeten FCC gasoline.As cooper strip test of treated FCC gasoline failed,the causes of failure were analyzed and culprits were found to be higher hydrogen sulfide,element sulfur,polysulfide,etc.The gasoline has successfully passed the copper strip test after increasing water injected into fractionation column,stabilizing water wash cycle and applying gasoline pre-alkaline cleaning and optimization of operation,etc.
