催化裂化汽油加氢脱硫技术分析

摘    要:介绍了中化泉州石化有限公州催化裂化汽油加氢脱硫技术分析的过程,主要分析了国内外汽油加氢脱硫技术的特点,并对目前工厂的实际运行情况进行丁调查.在操作条件、汽油辛烷值变化、氢耗、能耗、混合汽油中烯烃含量变化、投资大小等方面进行了充分的比较.通过分析全厂的汽油状况,提出了各种方案保证汽油质量,并指出方案的优缺点和适应性.

Abstract:The process of analysis of FCC naphtha desulfurization in SINOCHEM Quanzhou Petrochemical Co.,Ltd is introduced.The technological features of hydrodesulfurization processes of both Chinese and overseas licensors are analyzed,and commercial operations of process units are investigated.In addition,the processes have been compared in respect of operating conditions,gasoline octane number,hydrogen consumption, olefin in mixed gasoline and capital investment.On the basis of analysis and comparison,appropriate op...
