液氨在制氢装置开工中的应用

摘    要:介绍了通过氨分解产氧的方法解决制氢装置开工期间的氧源问题.详细介绍了液氨的性质、液氨量的确定、液氨在装置内的储存和氨分解的条件等.结果表明:制氢装置的催化剂和操作条件完全可以满足氨分解的要求,且该方法操作简单,成熟可靠,能够很好地解决制氢装置开工期间的氢源问题,目前已经在多个炼油厂制氢装置中成功应用.
