| 摘 要： | 用粉末冶金方法制造的人造金刚石修整器已成功地用于轴承行业中钢球磨球机砂轮的修整。它可取代传统的合金串切割刀,完全可以立足国内,不必再从国外进口。介绍了工具研制过程中的基本原理和材料选用原则,并举例说明所取得的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The synthetic diamond dressers manufactured by P/M route have been successfully applied to dress grinding wheels of steel ball grinder in bearing field. They can be substituted for conventional string alloyed cutters and meet domestic requirements, no longer to be imported from abroad. The fundamentals of producing diamond dressers and the principles of selecing raw materials are illustrated in a title. Some examples are given to show the economic results obtained. |
