| 摘 要： | 四河的治理多年来都是占据市民生活较重要位置的大事,由于污水排放,河道淤积,城市排污系统及设备严重超负荷等一系列问题,四河的彻底根治需要大量资金。本文从城市发展角度论述,以城市规划为主线,提出在拥挤的市中心将河道加盖,拓宽交通面积,开发商业使用面积,吸收资金,开发河道,利用河道,达到治理河道的目的。

| Abstract: | The treatment of the four rivers plays a very important role of citizen's life,However,we have to solve many problems,e.g. waste water draining, sludge deposited, the equipments for waste water treatment overloaded etc. It will need large investment to solve the problems.The papers analyse the situation and point out putting covers to the rivers in crowded down town area.After that, it can be used as parking area, shopping area, attracts investment, then we will be able sol ve the problems of the four rivers completely. |
