摘    要:针对多刚体动力学对偏载工况下铲运机计算困难的特点,提出采用以刚柔混合的多体动力学仿真来计算举升臂强度的思路。建模过程中,考虑到举升臂为柔性体,在ADAMS环境下进行刚柔混合动力学建模以获取更准确的载荷数据。并且,为了使2个举升油缸具有相同的举升力,根据杠杆原理对双油缸举升机构进行了简化。运用ANSYS对举升臂进行有限元分析并获得其应力分布状况。这为铲运机的改进设计提供了参考,同时也为同类产品的设计开发提供了一种有效途径。

Abstract:For difficultly calculating the underground load-haul-dump vehicle(LHD) by multi-body dynamics,the paper proposes a new approach that the strength of the lifting arm is calculated by multi-body dynamical simulation with rigid-flexible integration.Considering the lifting arm as a flexible body,the more accurate data is obtained by rigid-flexible dynamics in ADAMS during modeling.And according to the lever principle it simplifies the lifting mechanism with two hydraulic cylinders in order to make the two cyli...
