大用户直购电对电网企业影响的测算分析

大用户直购电是国家为推进电力体制改革采取的一项重要措施，但直购电的开展将对电网企业的成本、收入等方面产生一定的影响。从分析我国现行电力市场体制下电网企业的收入构成入手，提出了直购电对电网企业收入影响的测算方法，并对在现阶段的直购电试点工作提出建议。

Calculation and analysis of influence made by large consumers direct-purchasing on the profit of power companies

To launch the plan of large consumers direct-purchasing of electric energy is an important policy adopted by the country to put forward the reform of electricity system. Direct-purchasing has brought out some impacts on power companies such as costs, revenue and so on. This paper begins with the analysis of the revenue proportion of electricity enterprise running under the present electricity market mechanism in our country, puts forward the mdthod to measure the impact of the direct-purchasing on power companies and makes some suggestions to electricity enterprise if it starts the policy of direct-purchasing electricity.
