| Abstract: | In this paper,many instruments such as crystallization temperature detector,differential thermal analizer,X-ray diffractometer and transmission electron micros-cope are used for studying the phase transition behavours of the optical recordingmedium Te_2SeSb_2 amorphous thin film in detail,and its whole crystallization processis revealed.All the isothermal crystallization,non-isothermal crystallization anddynamic structure analyzation illustrate that there are phase transition phenomenaexisting in the crystallization process of this chalcogenide glass film.The structuresof mediate phase and ultimate phase are revealed.The dynamic crystallization processis observed,and the transition mechanism is explained.The dynamic parameterscalculated,such as glass transition activation energy,crystallization activationenergy,crystallization temperature,reaction index of isothermal phase transition,andlife expectancy of medium etc,are given. |
