| Abstract: | Positron lifetime spectra were measured at room temperature in BaTiO_3 ceramicswith different donor contents and analized according to the positron theory.It canbe found that the intensity of positron lifetime of barium vacancy goes through amaxium as the donor content increases.If the donor content is less than 0.25%,the concentration of uncomplexed barium vacancy increase as the donor content inc-reases.If the donor content is more than 0.25%,the concentration of uncomplexedbarium vacancy decreases as the donor content increases.The results support stron-gly the theory of the complexed defect model. |
