自蓄热式高温空气燃烧技术的开发

摘    要:分析了切换式蓄热燃烧系统的优点与不足.开发了可连续燃烧的自蓄热高温空气燃烧器。燃烧器采用陶瓷-金属蜂窝蓄热体以及蓄热燃烧专用高温切换阀技术.可以实现高温烟气余热的“极限稳定回收”以及高温贫氧空气的“连续燃烧”。

Abstract:The advantages and disadvantages of switch type regenerative combustion system are analyzed and one self-regenerative high temperature air burner which could continuous combust is developed. This burner uses ceramic-metal honeycomb regenerator and uses regenerative combustion dedicated high temperature switching valve technology. It could achieve terminal and stable recovery of high-temperature gas waste heat and continuous combustion of high-temperature oxygen-poor air.
