| 摘 要： | 采用沉淀聚合法合成含高比例酯的固体聚丙烯酸酯浆料SFG。将该浆料与几种国外同类浆料的浆液和浆膜性能作了比较。结果表明：浆料SFG的溶解性、粘性、增粘性、浆膜性能、退浆性能均可与国外同类产品媲美。生产实践证明该浆料对纯棉和涤棉织物的经纱具有良好的上浆效果。 |

| Abstract: | Solid acrylate size SFG with high proportion of ester was synthesized by precipitation polymerization. A comparison was made between SFG and several imported sizes of the same kind in size liquid and size film properties. The result indicated that size SFG was comparable to imported ones in terms of solubility, adhesivity, viscosity increasing, size film and desizing properties. Practice has testified that SFG can render good sizing effect to warp yarns of pure cotton and T/ C fabrics. |
