摘    要:介绍了基于ARM9微处理器的经改造的实时Linux嵌入式数控系统。数控系统硬件结构采用上、下位机模式,数控系统软件构架包括界面层、非实时层和实时层。分析了Linux的实时补丁Xenomai及其API的使用。该方案与传统的无操作系统的结构相比更灵活,可实现更复杂的功能,界面更加友好,对中低档数控系统的开发有重要的参考价值。

Design of Real-Time Linux-Embedded CNC System Based on ARM9

Abstract:Introduction was made to the rebuilt real-time Linux-embedded CNC system based on ARM9. Hardware structure of the CNC system was composed of PC and microprocessor and its software consisted of interface layer, non-real-time layer and real-time layer. The real-time patch Xenomai and how to use its API were analyzed. Compared with the traditional structure free of operating system, this plan is more flexible and easy to finish complex functions with good interface. For the development of general CNC system, this new plan is worth referring.
