摘 要: | 党的十七大对干部考察工作提出了更高的要求,中组部提出的“讲党性、重品行、做表率”活动是对干部考察者提出的新的行为准则,做好新形势下干部考察工作是现代国有企业干部管理改革的重中之重,而加强干部考察工作的考察者队伍建设无疑是重要的抓手。为此,本文对国有企业干部考察过程中作为考察队伍主体的考察者存在的问题作了一些分析.并就如何改进考察队伍素质能力工作提出建议。

Brief Discussion on the Construction of Quality and Capability of the Cadre Assessment Team |

Abstract: | The 17th National Conference of the Communist Party has set higher requirements for assessment of cadres. The activity of "Stessing on Party spirit, focusing in behaviour, and acting as example" proposed by the Ministry of Organization is the new guideline for the cadre assessors. The most important thing for cadre management reform of modem state-owned enterprises is to do well in the cadre assessment in the new situation, and it is doubtless that to strengthen the team construction of the cadre assessors is the critical point. Thus, this article has made analysis to the existing problems of the assessors who act as the main body of the assessing team during the assessment to cadres of state-owned enterprises, and has put forward suggestions in how to improve the quality and capability of the cadre assessing team. |
