富氧顶吹镍熔炼炉余热锅炉的研究与开发

摘    要:针对富氧顶吹浸没喷枪熔池熔炼技术首次应用于大规模镍冶炼工业化生产,研发成功了世界上首台富氧顶吹镍熔炼炉余热锅炉,该余热锅炉是目前世界上蒸发量最大的有色冶金炉余热锅炉。介绍了富氧顶吹镍熔炼炉余热锅炉的性能参数、结构特点、创新性、先进性、运行情况和运行效益,指出了其在余热回收领域的重要意义和应用前景。

Abstract:When the oxygen-enriched top-blast submerged-lance melting-bath smelting technology first applying in the large-scale nickel refining commercial progress,the first waste heat boiler(WHB) for oxygen-enriched top-blast nickel smelting furnace is researched and developed in the world.The evaporating capacity of the WHB is the largest in WHBs for nonferrous metallurgy furnace in the world.The performance parameter,structure feature,innovation,advancement,operating status and operating efficiency are introduced ...
