摘    要:本文介绍了对铜电解液净化系统中硫酸铜脱铜工艺的改进,通过解决目前蒸发系统及冷却结晶工序存在的问题,使得蒸发后液比重由1.39~1.41提高至1.41~1.43,滤液含铜由25.5g/l降至21.8g/l,有效提高了净液系统处理能力。

Abstract:This paper introduces the improvements of the process of Cu removal from CuSO4in the copper electrolyte purification system.And these improvements solve the problems in current evaporation system and cooling crystallization process,the specific gravity of evaporated liquid is improved from 1.39 ~ 1.41 to 1.41 ~1.43,copper contained in filtrate is reduced from 25.5g /l to 21.8g/l,which effectively improves the processing capacity of the electrolyte purification system.
