基于AnsoftMaxwell软件的直流继电器电磁系统设计

摘    要:基于AnsoftMaxwell3D分析软件,建立了直流继电器电磁系统的仿真模型,分析了电磁系统的静态磁场分布和吸力特性曲线。利用仿真结果指导继电器电磁系统设计,制作了实物样品,验证了优化结果。

Abstract:Based on Ansofl Maxwell 3 D analysis software, this paper set up a simulation model of DC relay' s electromagnetic system, and the static magnetic distribution and attractive force characteristics curve were andyzed. According to the simulation result, the optimal electro magnetic system was developed and manufactured, and the accuracy was verified.
