单稳态永磁真空断路器控制器的设计

摘    要:介绍了单稳态永磁机构控制器和基本结构,设计了基于ATMEGA16A单片机的控制器硬件电路,包括开关电源、处理器系统、5Y/合闸执行电路、信号检测单元等,输入输出用光耦隔离,采用IGBT驱动,提高了动作的可靠性。通过实际采样波形验证了设计电路的可行性,根据所得到的数据对机械特性做进一步分析,为以后的监测功能建立基础。

Abstract:The monostable permanent magnet mechanism controlling device and the basic structure were introduced, and the hardware based on MCU ATMEGA16A was designed, including the switch power supply, processor system, svoitch executive circuit, signal measuring unit. The input/output part adopted optocoupler isolation,and the IGBT drive circuit, which improved the reliability of action. At last, an actual measurement for current wave proved the feasibility of the design. According to the data of mechanical characteristic, we can make further analysis, which will lay the foundation of monitoring function.
