塑壳断路器操作机构的仿真分析

摘    要:描述了塑壳断路器操作机构在再扣过程中的受力情况。针对再扣力大的情况进行了分析,并利用ADAMS软件对塑壳断路器操作机构的运动特性进行了仿真,对机构关键零件跳扣的受力曲面进行优化改进,降低了操作力,便于操作。

Abstract:The force of breaker operating mechanism during mouldel case circuit breaker being resetted was described. The resetting force and dynamic characteristic of breaker operating mechanism was analyzed by analysis software ADAMS. optimized the force surface of the key parts, then the operating force was reduced and customer operated expediently.
