低压电器触头组件焊接自动化制造工艺

摘    要:采用专用焊接设备,实现自动化生产是未来低压电器触头组件制造的必然方向。介绍了触头组件自动化焊接的各种制造工艺,包括焊接工艺、冲压工艺、钎焊工艺、自动感应钎焊工艺、火焰自动钎焊工艺、炉中自动钎焊工艺等,并详细分析了其各自的优缺点。这为工厂在触头组件焊接自动化工艺路线选择设备选型以及触头组件前期设计方面了提供参考。

Abstract:Using the special welding equipment to achieve automatic production is an inevitable trend of future contact component manufacturing. Several automatic welding manfacturing technologies of contact assembly were introduced, including welding, stamping, brazing. The advantages and disadvantages were also analyzed. It can give reference for choosing process rounting equipment selection and contact assembly preliminary design.
