| 摘 要： | 文章描述HT-6M托卡马克装置上的软X射线能谱仪的组成。给出HT-6 M弦积分的软X射线连续谱的解析表达式,计算其强度并据以进行真空准直系统的物理设计。首批实验结果表明物理设计合理,谱仪性能良好。

| Abstract: | The soft X-ray spectrometer on the HT-6 M tokamak is described. The chord-integrated equation of the soft X-ray spectrum emitted from the HT-6 M isderived. The spectrum is estimated and the physical design of 1he vacuum colli-mator assembly is based upon the estimation. The experiment results show that thephysical design is successful and the spectrometer has good performances. |
