高碳铬过共析钢球化退火工艺研究

摘    要:为确定合适的Cr5高碳铬过共析钢的球化退火温度和时间,对该钢的球化退火工艺进行了研究。结果表明,Cr5钢合理的球化退火温度为820~840℃,在此温度范围退火后,钢的组织为铁素体基体和弥散分布的Cr23C6、Cr7C3及Fe3C碳化物。

Abstract:The spheroidizing process of Cr5 high-carbon-chromium hypereutectoid steel was investigated to determine appropriate the spheroidizing temperature and the duration at temperature.The results show that the spheroidizing temperatures suitable for Cr5 steel are 820 to 840 ℃ at which after spheroidizing the microstructure will consist of ferrite matrix and dispersed Cr23C6,Cr7C3 and Fe3C carbides.
