摘    要:对冷轧钢板进行了模拟连续退火和搪瓷,然后采用电化学方法测量其氢渗透参数,研究退火温度对冷轧搪瓷钢板夹杂物形态和分布、氢渗透性和搪瓷鳞爆性的影响。结果表明,钢于650℃退火后以变形组织为主,夹杂物呈条带状;750℃退火后为等轴晶并有少量第二相在晶界析出;在750℃以下,随着退火温度的升高,试验用铜的氢扩散系数增大,但在750℃退火的钢氢扩散系数下降,随后随着退火温度的升高而再次上升;750℃退火的铜的抗鳞爆性最佳。

Abstract:The simulative continuous annealing of a cold-rolled plate was performed, the plate was subsequently enamel-eoated and the data on permeation of hydrogen into the steel were measured by electrochemical technique to investigate the effect of annealing temperatures on shape and distribution of inclusion, hydrogen permeability and enamel fish-scaling behavior of the cold-rolled enamel steel. The results are as follows : ( 1 ) The plate essentially offers a deformed structure, and the inclusion is of band after annealing at 650 ℃ ; (2) The plate offers equiaxed grain structure and second phase precipitating at grain boundary after annealing at 750 ℃ ; (3) With the elevation of annealing temperature up to 750 ℃ , diffusion coefficient of hydrogen in the plate increases but decreases after annealing at 750 ℃ , and again increases with the elevation of annealing temperature ; (4) The plate annealed at 750 ℃ will obtain the best fish-scaling resistance.
