摘    要:渗氮零件的畸变与多种因素有关,例如氮原子的渗入,残余应力,预备热处理工艺,渗氮工艺,零件结构和形状的复杂程度,装炉方式等。以实例说明了减小渗氮件畸变的措施。

Abstract:The distortion of parts resulting from nitriding is related to various factors,such as penetration of nitrogen atom,residual stress,conditioning heat treatment process,nitriding practice,complexity of configuration of part,loading pattern,etc.The measures to minimize the distortion of part resulting from nitriding were illustrated with examples.
