铁基合金马氏体相变的动力学问题

摘    要:铁基合金中的马氏体转变的动力学研究应着眼于马氏体的形核和长大。除极少数特例外,马氏体的形核均为非均匀形核,母相中的位错等晶体学缺陷对马氏体形核起关键性作用。马氏体的长大涉及其转变过程中位错等缺陷的形成和运动。变温型马氏体转变的动力学公式为In(1-f)=-α(M_s-T_q),等温马氏体转变的动力学方程为f=N_i/p(e~z-1),马氏体转变的普适动力学方程为dN_r/~dt=vΣ0[δN_i(Q)+fδP(Q)-N_r(Q)](1-f)vexp[-Q]/RT。

Abstract:Emphasis of research in dynamics of martensitic transformation in iron-base alloy is to be laid on nucleation and growth of martensite. The nucleation of martensite is a heterogeneous nucleation, and the dislocation and other crystallographic defects will play a key role in the nucleation of martensite, except a few special cases. The growth of martensite is related to formation and movement of dislocation and other defects during its transformation. The dynamic formula of athermal martensitic transformation is In (1 -f) = -α (Ms - Tq). The dynamic equation of isothermal martensitic transformation is f=Ni/p(e^n-1). The general-purpose equation of martensitic transformation is dN/dt=0∑0[δNi(Q)+fδP(Q)-Nv(Q)](1-f)vexp[-Q/RT].
