粉末构件CIP成形过程有限元数值模拟

摘    要:对粉末材料塑性成形有限元模拟过程中有关技术问题进行了系统的研究 ,模拟了粉末构件冷等静压 (CIP)成形时的粉末流动情况 ,分析了成形时的粉体密度分布规律 .模拟结果表明 ,粉末构件的几何形状尺寸、模具形状对压密效果有极大影响 ,并从模具的形状尺寸、模具材料的选择上提出了改进方案 ,从而能快速有效地确定模具形状尺寸 ,提高粉末构件的生产效率及使用寿命 .

Abstract:A systemic research of FEM numerical simulation to imitate the CIP process of powder materials is introduced. The flow of the powder and the distribution of the density are analyzed with the aid of the FEM software MARC. It is shown that the geometry figure of the powder product and shape of mandril have great influence on the consolidation of powder product. And the improvement measures are proposed. So the FEM numerical simulation is an effective method to determine final ideal shape of die. And the manufacture efficiency is improved, and the service life of powder product is prolonged.
