LPG罐式汽车罐体的应力分析与评估

摘    要:对某大型LPG罐车的罐体进行了整体应力分析,通过建立计算机分析模型,用有限元方法对罐体进行了应力计算,得到了考虑罐体主要结构构件影响的关键部位的应力分布,通过分析和评价局部结构对罐车整体性能的影响,提出了若干结构设计准则和建议。

Abstract:Through establishing computer simulation model, integration stress analysis of a large LPG trunk tank was carried out by using finite element method, so that the stress distribution in key location was obtained. According to the analysis result and the assessment of the influence of local structure to the integrity characteristics of the truck, several proposals were presented.
