| 摘 要： | STEP-NC和开放式数控系统已经成为世界制造领域的研究热点。在分析传统G代码主要缺点的基础上，介绍了新的数控编程接口STEP-NC，详细阐述了STEP-NC的主要优点及其数据模型。提出一种基于STEP-NC的开放式数控系统，确定了开放式数控系统的总体结构，并着重介绍了STEP-NC数控系统各组成模块的功能。

| Abstract: | In recent years, great interest has been shown in the STEP - NC and the open architecture numerical control system at the field of manufacturing. The new data interface for NC programming called STEP - NC was introduced on the basis of analyzing the shortcomings of conventional G - code, the main excellences of STEP - NC were discussed and its data model was given. The open CNC system on STEP - NC was brought forward. The gross structure of the open CNC system was put forward, and the function of each compesitive module of STEP - NC numerical control system was introduced. |
