摘    要:针对某增压柴油机振荡冷却油腔活塞的非对称结构,建立全活塞一活塞销一连杆小头的有限元模型;提出了振荡冷却油腔的第三类热边界条件的数学描述并进行了验证;通过建立活塞销和活塞销座孔的接触模型,研究了不同的卸载倾角对活塞结构强度的影响;采用阶谱单元(P单元)计算活塞回油槽等微细结构的力学效应;进行了在机械负荷和热负荷联合作用下的结构应力分析。

Abstract:The FEM for the assembly parts of piston, gudgeon pin and small-end of connecting rod is constructed to investigate a diesel engine piston with an oscillating-oil-cooling channel. A convection boundary condition is introduced into the FEM to understand the heat transfer characteristics of the oscillating-oil-cooling channel, and a contact pair of gudgeon pin and gudgeon pin bosses is modeled to calculate the stress state in different stress-discharging slope angles on gudgeon pin bosses, and P-method of FEM analysis is put forward to research on some small structure of the piston such as oil drain holes. Furthermore, a coupled structural analysis of the piston under the action of mechanical and thermal load is carried out.
