摘    要:对立式流态化清洗式水冷器的运行参数进行了优化试验与研究,其结果是:在0.21 m/s(Re=8 000)左右、粒度8目(Dp 2 mm)、体积分数为2.4%的最佳条件下运行,传热系数可以比流态化前提高两倍左右,节水节能效益显著.

Abstract:The operating parameters for the vertical water cooling condensers during water circulation and automatic fouling removal were studied to optimize its performance.The results showed that heat transfer coefficient can be increased by two folds when the particles size and volume percentage were 2 mm of diameter and 2.4,respectively,at a flowing rate of 0.21 m/s(Re=8 000).
