| 摘 要： | 纵观2002年全球的3G移动运营市场,3G进展不顺或不快的消息屡屡传来。这一年全球移动运营业的3G动向主要表现为只有少数几个发放了3G牌照,条款限制出现变化,牌照形式多样化;欧洲运营商资金吃紧,3G业务部署进展谨慎;亚洲运营商异军突起,纷纷制定3G业务提供进程表;美国的3G业务部署动作不大。

| Abstract: | In view of global3G mobile operation market in2002,there are many disappointing news about 3G development.The3G develop-ment trend of global mobile operation industry mainly presents in the issue of several3G li-censes,change in term restriction and diversifi-cation of3G licenses;short of capital,European op erators deployed3G service in pru dence;asian operators rise quickly and set down3G service provision timetable one after another;there is only few actions in3G service deploy-ment in USA. |
