摘    要:在百万吨级前脱乙烷工艺的乙烯装置上进行了前脱乙烷工艺系统的节能和长周期运行研究.模拟计算了不同的凝液加热器出口温度以及2种较低的脱乙烷塔塔底温度和塔压对前脱乙烷工艺系统的影响.研究结果表明:降低脱乙烷塔塔底温度和塔压,可延长塔底再沸器的运行周期,节省前脱乙烷工艺系统的能耗,使乙烯装置运行成本下降;当塔底温度不低于70℃...

Abstract:The energy saving and long-period running for the front deethanization process were studied in a megaton ethylene plant.The influences of different outlet temperature of condensate heater,two lower bottom temperature of deethanizer and top pressure on the front deethanization process were simulated.The results show that lower tower bottom temperature and top pressure can lengthen the duration of the bottom reboiler,and save the energy of front deethanization process,thus decreasing the cost of ethylene plant.When the tower bottom temperature is not less than 70 ℃,an additional condensate heater is in favor of energy saving of ethylene plant,and the influences of its outlet temperature on the power of cracked gas compressor and propylene refrigerant compressor are not obvious.When the tower bottom temperature is lower than 70 ℃,the existing ethylene refrigerant in the deethanizer condenser is entirely replaced by the much lower temperature ethylene refrigerant,and although the power of propylene refrigerant compressor is much less,the power of ethylene refrigerant compressor becomes greater.When the tower bottom temperature is about 63 ℃,the additional condensate heater is not necessary.
