摘    要:研究微胶囊相变材料包封率的影响因素,为微胶囊相变材料的研发及生产加工提供参考.以三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂为壁材,正十二醇为芯材,通过原位聚合法制备微胶囊相变材料.采用响应面分析( RSM)实验设计和多元二次回归方法作为函数估计的工具,研究微胶囊制备体系中物料配比函数与微胶囊包封率之间的关系,建立了二次多元回归模型.得出物料配...

Abstract:The influencing factors of encapsulating rate of the microencapsulated phase change materials were investigated,and the reference for the research and production of microencapsulated phase change materials was provided.The microencapsulated phase change materials were prepared by in situ polymerization with dodecanol as the core,melamine-formaldehyde resin as the shell.The connection between the material ratio function and encapsulating rate of microcapsules in the microcapsules preparation system were studied by response surface methodology(RSM) experimental design and multivariate second-degree regression method.The optimum combination of material ratio was obtained as follows: mass fraction of dispersant styrene maleic anhydride copolymer(SMA) was 4.84%,the mass fraction of emulsifying agent polyoxyethylene nonyl phenyl ether(OP-10)and the mass fraction of core material ingredient were 6.01% and 64.83% respectively.The experimental results show that encapsulating rate of microcapsules phase change materials obtained by the experiment is 59.53%,which is close to the predictive value 58.79%.The scanning electron microscope(SEM) image shows that the surface of microcapsules is smooth and compact.Furthermore,the core material dodecanol is encapsulated with melamine-formaldehyde resin by using Fourier-transform infrared spectroscope(FTIR) analysis.
