摘    要:用循环伏安法研究了碱性条件下甲醇、乙醇和异丙醇在Pd电极上氧化失去电子能力.甲醇和乙醇氧化是失去6个和4个电子.异丙醇容易失去2个电子氧化为丙酮,丙酮会进一步氧化,但氧化程度很低.乙醇和异丙醇在低于-0.4V范围内失去电子数比不上甲醇,但在-0.9到-0.4V的积分电量是甲醇的19.1和41.2倍.说明了乙醇和异丙醇在...

Abstract:The charge electron number for methanol,ethanol and isopropanol on Pd electrode in alkaline medium was studied by cyclic voltammetry.The charge electron number is 6 for methanol,4 for ethanol.Isopropanol can easily oxidize to acetone and acetone can oxidize further into CO2.However,acetone is difficult to further oxidize on Pd electrode.Although the charge electron number for ethanol and isopropanol is smaller than that for methanol below-0.4 V,the amount of coulombs released during alcohol electrooxidation integrated from-0.9 V to-0.4 V for ethanol and isopropanol is 19.1 and 41.2 times than that for methanol.The results show that ethanol and isopropanol are more easily electrochemically oxidized than methanol.Also isopropanol oxidizes more easily than ethanol.
