| 摘 要： | 大型火力发电机组脱硫系统的烟气换热器（gas gas heater，GGH）容易积垢堵塞，严重影响锅炉的安全运行，必须对其进行清洗除垢。为此，介绍了清洗火电厂脱硫系统GGH的专用化学WP—T04清洗荆的清洗原理、清垢方法、清洗工艺．并以静态、动态试验验证清洗剂的清洗效果，以腐蚀试验说明清洗剂对脱硫装置无腐蚀作用。该清洗方法在广东某火电厂的应用取得良好效果。

| Abstract: | The gas gas heater(GGH) in the desulphurization system of large thermal power generating unit is susceptible to scaling and blockage,which gravely impacts the safe operation of boiler and necessitates cleaning and descaling.This paper describes the cleaning principle,descaling means and process of WP-T04 chemical cleaning agent specially used for the GGH in the desulphurization system of thermal power plant.The efficiency of the cleaning agent is verified by static and dynamic tests.It is shown by corrosion test that the cleaning agent is not corrosive to the desulphurization device.The cleaning method has been successfully applied to some thermal power plant in Guangdong,China. |
