基于改进遗传算法的盘式制动器的优化设计

摘    要:为了提高盘式制动器的制动效果,建立起制动力矩的数学模型,并使用一种改进遗传算法进行优化设计.该方法较简单遗传算法作了改进,采用实数编码,在判断个体适应度时提出了最优保存策略.与简单遗传算法相比,改进后的遗传算法在解决有约束非线性问题时,表现出良好的速度和有效性.最后通过实例计算分析表明该方法高效可行,优化结果可直接作为工程设计的参考.

Abstract:To improve the braking performance of disc brake,a mathematical model of brake torque was established and an improved genetic algorithm was proposed for optimization design.This method has been improved in comparison to simple genetic algorithm,using real coding and local optimal wandering strategy was proposed while judging adaptivity condition.Compared with simple genetic algorithm,the improved genetic algorithm showed good speed and effectiveness while solving constrained nonlinear problems.Finally,an ca...
