新形势下军校校园文化建设研究

全军各院校在大力开展校园文化建设的同时,出现了急功近利、因循守旧、生搬硬套、形式主义等问题。针对如何加强军校校园文化建设这一问题,提出以人为本、乘势而为、开拓创新、长远发展等科学发展的观念,同时对这4种观念的理论基础和具体要求进行了阐述,从而为探索军校校园文化建设提供了新思路。
