经济型五轴数控加工硬件系统的设计与应用

摘    要:为构建一种精简的低成本经济型五轴联动机床数控系统,采用了基于32位操作系统WindowsXP为软件平台以及通用PC计算机为硬件平台,设计了并行双向多功能接口板作为步进电机驱动控制接口,用UGPost-builder编制了双转台式五轴机床的后置处理程序,并利用MACH3开放式CNC控制软件完成五轴机床的联动控制.实验结果证明该数控系统可有效实现五轴机床联动控制.
