摘    要:文章以VDBS65高速立式加工中心的横梁为例,提出了一种机床大件的复合优化设计方法.依托ANSYS软件现有的的拓扑优化(TOPOLOGICAL OPT)模块、变分优化(DESIGNXPLORER VTOPT)模块和静力分析(STATIC ANALYSIS)模块,分别对横梁进行了结构拓扑优化、尺寸优化和力学性能验证,具有一定的通用性.通过边界条件等效转化,将三维优化问题简化为二维,得到了清晰简洁的拓扑结构.通过尺寸优化在保证刚度的前提下实现轻量化设计,减重效果明显.论文的尝试对于高速移动部件的轻量化设计具有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值.
