| 摘 要： | 在武器装备需求备选方案中,哪些方案对满足作战任务更有效,哪些方案在技术水平方面更有效,这些问题都将影响决策者的最终决策。分析武器装备需求方案评估的特点,建立武器装备需求方案评估指标体系,并将层次分析法和灰色关联分析相结合,建立评估模型,并通过实例分析实现对4种不同方案的优选。
