摘    要:针对数控机床传动系统缺乏有效的监测诊断手段,利用驱动伺服电机电流信号的高信噪比、易于测量、不受系统结构影响的特点,提出了基于伺服电机电流信号的机床传动系统监测诊断方法.在分析传动部件对伺服电机电流信号影响规律的基础上,讨论了电机电流的循环自相关解调技术,设计开发了相应的监测诊断系统.为保障数控机床运行的稳定性,促进监测诊断技术的进一步发展具有重要的意义.
