一种L波段宽带功率放大器的设计

摘    要:利用反馈法实现了L波段宽带功率放大器末级功率管的宽带化设计,采用小信号S参数法和负载牵引法分别对前级和末级功率管进行了匹配电路设计。通过ADS软件对整个功放电路进行了模拟和仿真并最终完成了L波段宽带功率放大器设计。实测结果表明,该功放的峰值发射功率大于50 W,占空比可达20%,相对带宽约为25%,满足系统指标要求。

Abstract:The design of the final stage wideband power transistor of an L-band wideband power amplifier(PA) is realized through the feedback method,and the matching circuits of the front and final stage power transistors are respectively designed through the small-signal S-parameter and the Load-Pull.The overall PA circuit is simulated through the ADS software,and the design of the L-band wideband PA is accomplished finally.The test results show that the transmitting power of the peak value is more than 50 W,the duty ratio is up to 20%,and the relative bandwidth is about 25%,which satisfy the demands of the system indexes.
