摘    要:酸岩反应动力学参数对酸化施工的方案设计具有重要的指导意义。粘弹性表面活性剂自转向酸具有剪切稀释效应,为幂律流体的典型特征。在8 MPa和80℃条件下进行旋转圆盘实验研究酸岩反应动力学,时间限定为5min,测量不同转速下的酸岩反应速率。在实验条件下得到反应动力学方程,绘制酸岩反应临界转速图版,并以此判断实验条件下反应处于H~+传质控制阶段。不同酸浓度下H~+有效传质系数与温度的关系不符合阿伦尼乌斯方程。当体系温度较低时,酸岩反应速率随温度的升高缓慢增加;当体系温度大干60℃时,反应速率迅速增加,这与体系本身的粘温性质有关。

Study on viscoelastic surfactant self-diversion acid reaction kinetic

Abstract:Viscoelastic surfactant self-diverting acid system is a newly developed reservoir stimulation technique to transform the non-homogeneous formation.The acid-rock reaction kinetics parameter is very important for acidizing designing treatment.Viscoelastic surfactant self-diversion acid is the shear thinning system,which belongs to power law fluid.The rotating disk reactor research is used for the reaction kinetics at the condition of 8 MPa and 80℃,the time is limited in 5 min,measuring the speed of acid-rock reaction rate.Under the experimental condition,we get the kinetics equation,and draw the acid reaction critical aped chart with the experimental date,then the reaction under experimental conditions is under the H~+ mass transfer coefficient control phase;By calculating the H~+ mass transfer coefficient in different acid concentration,we obtain the effective mass transfer coefficient, and the temperature relationship does not follow Arrhenius law.The reaction rate increases slowly with the temperature rising when the temperature is low,the reaction rate increases rapidly when it is above 60℃.This relates to the viscosity-temperature properties of the viscoelastic surfactant acid fluid system.The study on viscoelatic surfactant self-diversion acid can be used for guiding acidizing treatment in heterogeneous reservoir.
