| 摘 要： | Pro/TOOLKIT是Pro/ENGINEER自带的功能强大的二次开发工具,可以有效地扩充Pro/ENGINEER的功能,高效地进行产品设计以满足用户更高层次的需要;组件是许多元件按照一定规则的组合,在模具生产中起到非常大的作用.首先介绍二次开发的目的及技术实现,随后提出了一种新的高效的组件构建的方法:分别给定三个坐标值来限定元件在组件中的具体位置、用参数化来调整元件实体模型尺寸的大小、通过面与面的对齐方式来确定元件在组件中的方向,极大地提高了组件构建的灵活性及容错性,有效地缩短了模具的设计周期.
